Non-refundable once booked.
Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice are not refundable or transferable.
Digital Products
All eBooks, workbooks, templates, and digital bundles are final sale.
If you experience technical issues, contact us at support@sophiathedigitalpro.com within 7 days for access support.
Courses & Memberships
Refunds are not available once course or membership content is delivered.
Memberships can be canceled anytime, but no refunds are given for the current billing cycle.
